Fume Blanc “Naughty Girls” 2022

A pleasure you definitely shouldn’t deny yourself! A delicate wine, refined yet provocative, balanced yet extroverted—just like the two muses of winemaker Oleksandr Lukyanov: his wife Olga and daughter Polina.

Bright yellow with green reflections, this wine reveals a well-defined bouquet of elderflower, gooseberry, green pepper, sage, and mint.

It shows pleasant salinity and minerality, fresh on the palate with finely integrated acidity. Berry notes intertwine with resin and touches of green olives. The taste beautifully unfolds with shades of jasmine, bergamot, minerals, and ash. A medium-bodied wine, rounded, with stunning depth and freshness.

Sauvignon Blanc aged in oak for 8 months. The style leans more towards the Old World expression of Sauvignon.

It shines best at 8°C. Try it with grilled fish, shellfish, or Asian cuisine, as well as with blue cheese.
