Marselan 2022

A well-colored and highly aromatic red wine with supple tannins, capable of improving with age. This variety works beautifully with oak, which brings notes of vanilla and sweet spices.

In the glass, one finds fruity and berry notes of cherry and blackcurrant wrapped in a creamy-vanilla cloud. With age, additional layers emerge: vanilla, smoke, leather, cedar, and cigar humidor.

The bright fruitiness of Marselan pairs wonderfully with vegetable and legume dishes such as ratatouille and Georgian lobio. Its spiciness makes it an excellent companion for Caucasian and Middle Eastern cuisine. Soft yet meaty tannins allow this wine to pair seamlessly with grilled meats.
